I’m having the same issue with a brand new dell e6330.
I’ve found this issue could not be related to memory problem (see http://askubuntu.com/questions/107178/kernel-panic-oops-how-to-fix) but no idea how to fix it.
Any new idea?
I never had any kernel panic or oops, and I ended up changing laptop. I keep thinking that it was bad ram though, in my case.
