I agree with that sentiment. When I was at the Foundation I had this vision to have the pages of the Individual Members demonstrate activities of members but there are no tools that do that, the investments needed was considerable. Also, not everything can be tracked in stackalytics and not everything related to OpenStack must happen in OpenStack. Something like an opinion piece published on a highly-visible publication, or a keynote at an industry event must count as valuable contributions, especially for board members.
The thing is, voters don’t have any way to know if candidates have done any of that now.
